³⁹ Balaam went with Balak, and they came to Kiriath Huzoth. ⁴⁰ Balak offered oxen and sheep and sent them to Balaam and to the officials who were with him.

Balaam’s First Prophecy

⁴¹ It came to pass on the next day that Balak took Balaam and brought him up to Bamoth Baal, and from there he saw the extent of the people.
